The Customer Journey

One Login
Users log into the Mywellness Kiosk to start the workout. They are shown their Biocircuit™ Plan and directed to their first station or placed on the waiting list. Each user can start from any station available.

Ongoing Training
The machines are preset with a specific workout time and load. Users can always change speed, incline, power or workload.

Adaptive Posture
Bioposture automatically customizes the seat and range of motion for each person for safe and effective training. At the end of each exercise, users are directed to the next station and given a specific rest time to transition.

Always Guided
The circuit lasts for two laps. At the end, users can check their results on the Mywellness Kiosk or Technogym App. You can send push notifications, messages and dedicated campaigns to motivate members to continue their circuit training.

The new Mywellness Kiosk transforms Biocircuit into a personalised workout experience with or without trainer supervision. The intuitive onboarding process illustrates Biocircuit’s benefits and guides users in selecting the right program. Tooltips help users quickly modify their workout, view results and see upcoming milestones. Plus the new Mywellness Kiosk doubles as a secondary screen showing users what station to go next.

The Workout Calibration evaluates each user’s fitness level, creating a completely self-directed process that gives the user the benefit of doing a workout and assessment all at once.

Biocircuit taps into the power of extensive data collected over the years to automatically adapt equipment settings and workout parameters for each individual right from the Workout Calibration. Automatic progression and regression are triggered by A.I., guiding people to safe load increases, faster paces or different levels of resistance.

Automatically follow and guide your users before and after training. Define their best fitness journey, using trigger emails, push notifications and other marketing actions. Create desired behaviours that can increase the retention of your members.
Customise programmes with BIOcircuit+ App

1. Brand your programmes
With Biocircuit+ App trainers can clone programs in the Biocircuit library and customize the circuit’s name, picture and description to create their own set of pre-defined workouts for all facilities.

2. Customise Globally
Trainers can also use their expertise to customise a programme’s parameters for each piece of equipment (resistance, coefficients, workloads, etc.).

3. Publish
Customised programs created by trainers can be published and made available to all users.

4. Tailor Individually
Trainers can also adjust the programme’s global training parameters to create bespoke workouts for individual users.
